Having seen His Majesty's decision nr 45 of the 10th of May 1856 of which
His Majesty has been graciously pleased to accord a mark of honour to
those soldiers, which - thanks to their memorable military efforts - have had
significant contibution to the recovery and consolidation of the independant
existence of the Dutch Nation in the years 1813-1815.
declares(the minister) - authorized by above mentioned descision that;
is allowed to wear the mark of honour, which is a sign of his Majesty's recognition
of his merits during those memorable years on behalf of the Dutch Nation
